Edouard Bridel is the Chairman of Ocean Capital. He launched his career in 1994 in the mergers and acquisitions department (M&A) of Societe Generale focusing on Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

In 1997, he co-founded Forum Capital International, an FSA-regulated specialist investment bank focused on European M&A, leveraged buyouts and balance-sheet restructuring. Forum grew rapidly serving entrepreneurs seeking to fund the growth (organic or by acquisitions) of their business.

Pedro Errazuriz is the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Capital. In 1993, he joined the structured finance group of Paribas Capital Markets where he acquired his knowledge of asset finance.

From 1997 to 2001, Pedro led a team at Merrill Lynch to develop the structured finance business in the French and Spanish Markets. He moved to Goldman Sachs’ Mortgage and Principal Finance Group in 2001 to develop the complex transactions desk.

Julien Bridel is a Director and he is in charge of business development, marketing and deal origination. He began his career in the M&A department of a London-based investment bank. After two years in the UK, he spent a further two years in Asia developing the customer base of a French insurance broker. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG), Paris. He joined Ocean in 2008.

Karim Slimani is a Director and he is in charge of deal execution, risk management and operations. He is also part of the risk management group and came on board in 2006. Karim is also a successful entrepreneur who set up and sold a retail business at the same time he was graduating with a degree in Macro Economics and Quantitative Analysis from Universite Paris X Nanterre.
